Music Videos Return to MTV 6pm – 6am on the 4th of July

30 yeras ago MTV was called Music Television for a reason. They played music videos! It was not all about Snooki's Baby or pregnant Teen Moms. There was no Internet or Google  or YouTube. There was only MTV. It was all about the music and the hottest videos of the day.

On July 4, MTV, VH1, and CMT will return to playing music videos from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tune in and watch the "ultimate party playlist" for fans of pop, country, hip-hop, indie, and electronic dance music.
