Mrs. Baird’s and the Teachers on the Rise Hook-up a Fat Guy![PIC]

102.5 KISS FM, News/Talk 790, KFYO; United Supermarkets, Market Street, Amigos and the Texas Classroom Teachers Association have teamed up for another year of Mrs Baird’s Teachers on the Rise program.

Each month during the 2013-14 school year, three South Plains teachers will receive Mrs Baird’s Teachers on the Rise award. One award will go to an elementary school teacher, the second to a middle school teacher and the final award to a high school teacher.

Students, with parental help, can nominate their teachers for the Teacher on the Ride award at MrsBTeacher.com.  

Students that nominate a winning teacher will receive a $50 VISA Gift Card.  Winning teachers will receive a prize package worth at least $200.

All winning teachers will be honored at the end of the 2013-14 school year with a luncheon.
