No risque' clothing or clever packaging. Just her during a photo shoot  posing without anything on up top.

On a positive non-naked subject, Miley quit smoking. Miley has quit smoking.  The stuff, anyway.  Earlier this week she Tweeted, quote, "2 months no cigs.  #proudofmyself"
