Midland Police Detonate 20,000 Pounds of Fireworks [Video]

Midland, Texas Police recently aided the National Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms in detonating 20,000 pounds of fireworks over three course of three days.

The seizure took place in Glasscock County. Odessa, Lubbock, and Amarillo's bomb squads were also there to assist. As court ordered, they were detonated during the day, as to not draw spectators at night.

But man, being a little bit of a pyromaniac, I would have loved to have seen it firsthand.
