Midland Man Jumping From Rooftops Apprehended by Police
The chase started after a resident reported a man trying to get water from their backyard.
CBS 7 reported that the Public Information Officer says after confronting the person, he fled on foot. He then took a ladder and climbed onto the roof of a laundromat on Midkiff Road. Police and the fire department were on the scene.
He then jumped between the roof of a laundromat at the car wash and apparently threatened to jump.
Police were able to apprehend him finally and put him in cuffs.
