Man With Low IQ Banned From Hooking Up

A secret court across the pond in England has banned a man from hooking up, claiming that his IQ is just too low. The man, known only as "Alan" in court documents, has an IQ of 48, which means he has a "moderate" learning disability. The judge noted that, despite his mental abilities, he possesses "a vigorous sex drive."

All I'm hoping is that they don't start doing this here, if they do, me and a lot of other people are in trouble.
