Lubbock Man Indicted For Sexual Assault of a Child

A Lubbock man has been indicted on multiple counts of sexual assault of a child. According to a police report dated in August 2019, a girl under the age of 14 alleges that 21-year-old Dylan Ryan Rodriquez sexually assaulted her multiple times while she was being babysat over a time-span of two months.

Rodriquez is apparently the boyfriend of the woman who was babysitting and assaulted the young girl while she was out of the room. He was arrested on January 3, 2020, and remains in custody on a $50,000 bond. Rodriquez denies the allegations but was indicted on Tuesday, Jan. 28.
