A Lubbock, Texas man has been accused of producing child pornography of two 3-year-old children.

KAMC News reports that 25-year-old Dallas Hernandez was arrested on August 31st, 2022 and charged with producing child pornography and sexual performance of a child under 14.

Back in February 2021, several video files were reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). These videos were found on the messaging app Kik. The IP address used to send the videos were linked to Hernandez a few months after they were reported.

Then, in July 2022, a CybterTip from NCMEC was sent to the Lubbock Police Department. A detective with LPD determined that some of the videos in the first group provided by NCMEC were child pornography involving 3-year-old children that Hernandez "had access to," one of which depicted him forcing a child to perform a sex act on him.

LPD began preparing their search warrant on August 29th and arrested Hernandez a few days later. When interviewing with officers, Hernandez admitted to producing the videos with the children.

Hernandez has been ordered to remain in custody without bond before his trial in the Lubbock County Detention Center.
