Watch Teeny Lion Cub Desperately Try and Let Out a Monster Roar

It's not just humans who are in a rush to grow up.

This adorable, cute, precious (and any other adjective indicating "loveable") lion cub wants the world to know it can roar like a big, bad lion. Sadly, this cub is not quite at the point in its life where it can let a loud, king of the jungle roar just yet.

If anything, this roar sounds more like a "scared kitty trapped in the garbage can" roar, which is actually nothing more than a purr.

The lion certainly has some time to grow into a more ferocious roar, but for now it's going to have to be content with getting an "awww" reaction any time it opens its mouth.
