Kat Von D Tattoed Lady Gaga Before She Was Lady Gaga [VIDEO]

I can't tell if this was for Kat's show LA Ink, or maybe Miami Ink before that. The video quality is awful so I have no idea who filmed it, or why. All I can tell is that Kat is tattoing Gaga in what looks like an alley with a car powering her gear. Of course Kat can tattoo anybody anywhere and it will be awesome. It's also funny how Gaga is still just an aspiring singer and songwriter but she worked with New Kids On The Block the day before. Oh how far she has come, now the New Kids would kill to work with her!
