The hottest tour of the summer will be, of course, Justin Bieber's "Believe" Tour. The kid sells every seat they can find for his shows and there is no sign of him slowing down. Justin is currently in Europe doing a promotional tour and Italy was the next stop. The tour so far has included a balcony performance in Paris, and nearly forcing Norway to declare a state of emergency.
