Justin Bieber Turns Himself Into Toronto Police

The judicial woes continue for Justin Bieber. After his arrest in Miami for DUI, his house being raided in SoCal now the Bieb's has received a not so warm welcome home to his home country of Canada.

TMZ reports the singer turned himself in to local authorities in his home country after police there summoned Bieber to answer questions about an assault investigation.

Details are still coming in but we know the charges stem from a December hockey game and include JB, his bodyguards and a limo driver.
