Justin Bieber goes Cone-ing [VIDEO]

Justin Bieber spent some time in Florida with his girllie Selenda Gomez-- but not without pulling a few pranks while he was there. Justin took to Twitter to post a video of himself pranking a Wendy's and Burger King fast food restaurant.

He tweeted, "looks like we should go #cone-ing. haha. #SWAG"

I'm just suprised he knows how to drive!!!  I hope this cone-ing doesn't catch on.  I'm just worried for those who are lactose intolerant!!!
