Midland Park Mall’s Santa’s Passport Adventure is returning this year with a festive twist on the mall’s longstanding holiday tradition, giving families a richer experience beyond the usual Santa photo op.

The Santa Photo Experience is where kids and parents can take pictures with Santa through Christmas Eve. This has been a Midland staple for years; this year’s event adds more activities that turn a simple mall visit into an immersive seasonal celebration.

What's New For This Year's Santa's Passport Adventure?

Last year, families came out for photos with Santa at the mall through the holiday season, a tradition that many Midland residents have enjoyed annually.

Reservations were encouraged, and crowds were steady as parents and kids made memories together.

This year, Santa’s Passport Adventure will offer a range of interactive experiences for children. The event will kick off with breakfast and a hot cocoa bar, followed by activities where kids can fill out a “Passport to the North Pole.”

They can decorate ornaments, make reindeer food, listen to stories with Mrs. Claus, and write letters to Santa.

A register-to-win prize drawing will cap off the morning, making it a cohesive holiday outing.

In previous years, Midland Park Mall’s holiday programming focused primarily on Santa photos and occasional special events like breakfast with Santa or Caring Santa sessions for children with special needs.

This year’s Passport Adventure builds on that foundation with a broader set of activities that keep kids engaged and make the mall itself a centerpiece of local holiday festivities.
