Fastest Growing City In The US Is In TEXAS Believe It Or Not! Find Out Where
Right now just by reading the title of this article, I can pop off with 3 answers off the top of my head. Austin? Houston? San Antonio? Those would be my three best guesses of the fastest-growing city in Texas, wait no, it says the United States! Are you kidding me? What an honor, considering we are in competition with cities like New York and L.A. So anyway, am I right?
WHICH CITY IN TEXAS WAS JUST NAMED THE FASTEST-GROWING CITY IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES?
Drum roll, please....I was wrong! The answer surprisingly is none that I mentioned but near to 1 of them.
GEORGETOWN, TX WAS JUST NAMED THE FASTEST-GROWING CITY IN THE US FOR THE 2ND YEAR IN A ROW!
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the growth of this town, population 75,000+ was 14% from summer of 2021 to summer of 2022.
In case you are not familiar with it, Georgetown is 30 miles north of Austin and about 10 miles away from a city I personally am more familiar with Round Rock, TX.
Mayor of Georgetown, Josh Shroeder says,

Mayor Schroeder also goes on to say nice things about his city including that Georgetown has
wonderful and safe neighborhoods, fantastic parks and events, and welcoming people.
