You have seen me share recipes galore like an easy corned beef and cabbage that is perfect for St. Patrick's Day, or giving you the inside "scoop" on the latest release of Blue Bell ice cream.

Granted, my passion for cooking was not inspired by reality or scripted food shows, and I do envy anyone that attended a culinary program because you were able to experiment with food that was provided from the class's pantry instead of your own grocery budget. Also, you are given the opportunity to collaborate and network with other passionate fans of food.
What makes the TSTC culinary program so special?
According to this KCEN article, students at the Greta Watson Culinary Arts Building are learning all of the ins and outs of running a successful restaurant. So, if your career goals are front of house, back of house, sous, or executive chef, you will find the right instruction at TSTC.
