
2 Bodies, 2 Miles: What Police Know About Austin’s Weekend Tragedy
A worrying situation recently occurred in Austin, Texas. Bodies were discovered following weather becoming serious over the weekend. Here's what is known at the time of writing about the incidents.
When Were The Bodies Discovered In Austin?
Per KXAN, Austin-Travis EMS reported a water rescue taking place at the 5200 Block of Burnet Road:

Sadly, ATCEMS couldn't find the missing individual reported. However that wasn't the only body in the city of Austin that was reported. Around the 4600 block around Unity Circle, police in Austin were alerted to a dead body near the time of 5:22 PM.

Police are still investing that body and at the time of writing, not much is known is to how that body was that close to the other lost body near Burnet Road. The distance between the two areas was around two miles.
Where There Any Other Bodies Discovered In The City Of Austin?
Sadly, KXAN reports those weren't the only bodies found in Austin over the weekend. A body was located near Lady Bird Lake on Saturday as well. The person, who is unknown at the time of writing, was confirmed decreased at the time of 3:28 PM.
When KXAN contacted Austin Police for more information about the bodies, they were informed that four homeless people were caught by the weather and lost by the rain. Two were found safely, but that the time of writing, a man and a woman are missing and have not been located.
It is unclear if the woman or man are either of the bodies discovered, and inquires are currently ongoing. As this a developing story, we will have more information when it becomes available.
