Killeen Business Evolutions Trading Has Over $100,000 Stolen Overnight

Evolutions Trading, located in Killeen, Texas, was recently broken into. What was stolen, and how are the owners attempting to move forward? Here's what is known at the time of writing.

When Did The Break-In Occur At Evolutions Trading?

As reported by KWTX, Evolutions Trading was robbed in the early morning hours of June 2nd, 2025. Many items were taken illegally from the store, and Chris Grannes, co-owner of the store, said of the moment to KWTX :

“I feel violated. He walked to our high end case, wiped it. And stole cash. The current total we’re sitting at is just under $93,000."

Footage obtained of the moment by camera shows an individual, covering their face with a mask, breaking the glass and taking the very expensive items. It took less than five minutes for the person to do so.

What Was Stolen From The Store?

KWTX revealed that one item, a Gold Star Charizard, totaling $18,000 was illegally taken. Another item taken , as told by Gannes "The Umbreon from Skyridge, one of my favorites, that one sits at around $10,000.” What else was taken has not been revealed at the time of writing.

But, even in the face of adversity for the store, others came to assist the business. The day after the break-in, owners of business around the area assisted Evolutions Trading in repairs. The front of the store was successfully boarding up, and Evolutions was able to open on Tuesday.

At the time, no suspect has been revealed. As this is developing story, we will have more information when it becomes available
