Thanks to data collected from resume.io, they were able to pinpoint the top choices for the nation as a whole. But, we're only going to focus on Central Texas. So, with assistance from CW33, we can find out the number one choice.

The number one benefit Central Texans seek? None other than paid sick leave with 83% percent of the vote. Paid overtime took the second spot with 77% of the vote.

Third is health insurance considered comprehensive, gaining 76% of the vote as well. Hopefully, Central Texans have all of three of the perks with their current job.
