Black Friday Coffee Fun: 107 Roasters Grand Opening in Amarillo

One of the cool things about Amarillo is the amazing coffee and coffee shops.  It's always great to hear when new businesses open in the area, because we love to support our local friends.  We're excited to share that a coffee business that moved from McKinney to Amarillo is having its Grand Re-Opening!

Recently, we shared about 107 Roasters coming to the Yellow City. They are located at 512 Southwest 47th Ave., right across the side street from United Supermarkets on Washington.

107 Roasters Grand Opening Details

Now, Amarillo coffee lovers have a reason to celebrate the season because 107 Roasters has announced its grand opening. The grand opening will take place on Black Friday, November 28, 2025, and just in time for Small Business Saturday.

Make plans to celebrate and stock up on Christmas presents for the coffee lover in your life. You'll be able to pick up bags of coffee, cool merchandise, and products to help you make the perfect cup of coffee. Plus, with any purchase on grand opening weekend, you'll get a sample track of their greatest hits while supplies last.

Free Roastery Tours

You'll also have a chance to tour the Roastery on Saturday, November 29, from 11 am - 1 pm. You don't want to miss this opportunity to learn about how coffee is grown, roasted, and processed into your favorite java. The best part about it is that the tours are free, entertaining, educational, and family-friendly. However, you'll want to get there early because space is limited.

107 Roasters will be open to the public Thursday - Saturday, 9 am - 4 pm. They did say if you see the garage door open during the week, then drop in and you might catch the team roasting up some coffee.

Future Plans for 107 Roasters Cafe

107 Roasters Cafe, which is still under construction, isn't open yet because it is still under construction, with hopes of being open in early 2026.  It'll be a great place to stop in to enjoy a delicious coffee and baked goods from the bakers of Peace Love Cookies.
