Ismael Arias stands roughly 5 feet 10 inches tall with a weight of about 225 pounds. He also has tattoos on both of his arms.
Arias' Criminal History
Arias' violent criminal history begins back in 2005 with an aggravated assault arrest in Florida. Other charges during this arrest included criminal mischief and battery.
Then, just one year later in 2006, he was arrested yet again in Hudspeth County, Texas, for aggravated sexual assault of a child and aggravated kidnapping, according to the DPS news release.
It was in Hudspeth County where he was convicted of indecency with a child by contact involving a 13-year-old girl.
Arias was arrested for a third time later that year in Culberson County, also for sexual assault and kidnapping.
Although he was sentenced to prison, Arias only served about seven years behind bars before being released in 2013 on parole.
Reward for Arias' Capture
Texas DPS has increased the reward amount for any information leading to Arias' arrest to a whopping $4,000. The catch is that any tips must be submitted during the month of November to be eligible for the increased reward.
In order to be eligible for the $4,000 reward, anyone with information on Arias must provide an anonymous tip through one of three methods:
- Submit a Facebook tip on the Texas Most Wanted page
- Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477)
- Submit a tip online through the DPS website
- Just find the picture of the fugitive on which you have information and click the link under their name
