If you love local Mexican restaurants you probably have heard of this local Lubbock one, Nora's Mexican Food Restaurant.

They have been open a long time in Lubbock on the iconic 34th street but just this month they have actually moved locations.

Since 2001, Nora's has been a family-owned restaurant serving up homemade Mexican food started by Nora Marquez.

The restaurant posted to Facebook saying, " After many, many years at 4102 34th, by the grace of God, we have moved. It was bittersweet, but all of my wonderful customers deserve the best! We were not able to provide that to all of you at our old location. We are getting things in order and hoping to open soon. Please be on the watch for updates and share with everyone you know. I am beyond thankful to our heavenly father for his provision and supernatural favor. I am excited and can’t wait to announce our opening date soon. Have a blessed day,"

I love Nora's for their homemade tortillas and can't wait to check out the new location. They are also known for their burritos, plates, and great price. Everyone also talks about how great the staff is, very friendly and accommodating.

If you love Mexican food and haven't checked them out yet this is your sign to do so.

You can check out their new location at 417 Frankford Avenue Lubbock, TX (near Frankford and 4th Street) or find out more about them on their Facebook page.
