There was a time when North Bossier was in short supply of great coffee spots; however, it feels like overnight North Bossier got an influx of delicious coffee options, and one in particular has several Benton residents excited. SoBo Cafe made the move from farmers' markets all over town to the Pierre Bossier Mall. After their lease ended, they decided to bring their famous cold brew coffee up north. SoBo Cafe has been open since April 2025, and they're making lazy Saturday mornings easier for locals.

The team at SoBo is truly outdoing themselves, getting incredibly creative with their breakfast offerings that go way beyond your standard fare. Forget just cold brew and a few lattes, you're about to be happily overwhelmed.

From an indulgent Almond Joy Waffle that promises to satisfy every sweet craving, to breakfast croissants designed to kickstart your day, the menu is surprisingly expansive. I walked in expecting a quick coffee and maybe a pastry, but the variety of both hot dishes and tempting bakery items instantly made me rethink my entire breakfast plan.

My friend and I settled in to enjoy our meal, and it was clear we weren't the only ones impressed. We watched as numerous Benton and North Bossier residents discovered (and instantly fell in love with) this charming mom-and-pop operation. Prepare for a delightful dilemma of deliciousness
