Armed and Dangerous Shooting Suspect Wanted by Shreveport Police

Detectives with the Shreveport Police Department are actively searching for a dangerous shooting suspect.

Back in May Shreveport Police got a call about a shooting on Levy Street. When Police showed up, thankfully no one was hurt, but witnesses said that Courtney Spears was responsible for the reckless shooting.

Shreveport Police issued an arrest warrant for spears for one count of Second Degree Aggravated Battery.

SPD warns the public that Spears is armed and dangerous. If you see him, DO NOT APPROACH but contact the police immediately.

From SPD:

"The Shreveport Police Department urges anyone with information about Spears’ whereabouts to contact SPD immediately at 318-673-7300 or Caddo Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373. Tips may also be submitted anonymously through the Crime Stoppers app or website.

Public assistance is vital in helping bring violent offenders to justice and keeping our neighborhoods safe."
