It's a blink and you miss it scene in the 1996 film. It takes place almost an hour into the film. This is when Bill Paxton's team are taking a shortcut through a cornfield. Then all of the sudden the road appears and they almost crash into the rival storm chasing team. Maybe they almost crashed because this naked guy was distracting Bill Paxton while he was driving.

Now we all probably missed this on our standard definition TV's back in the day. Thanks to higher quality copies of this film, we can now see what appears to be a naked man just chilling in this cornfield clear as day while they were filming this scene. Although Twister is set and primarily shot in Oklahoma. In doing research on the 'naked man'. I discovered any scene where a cornfield is present was shot in Iowa. The YouTube page above shows off the Iowa filming locations including this one.
