Wichita Falls Business Receives a Failing Grade from BBB
The Better Business Bureau is warning citizens of a potential business that maybe not following the best practices here in Wichita Falls.
Looks like a weight loss company is claiming their headquarters is at 1530 P B Lane here in Wichita Falls. That company is CoreAge Rx operating under the DSO Fine Shrimp LLC. I guess with all that weight you lose, you end up looking like a fine shrimp.Turns out that address is just used for courier and/or package forwarding services.
"This business is not owned by CoreAge Rx, though, it is advertised as its headquarters. This business does not have the footprint necessary to perform administrative intake, inventory orders and storage of medically perishable inventories, nor to distribute products and receive returns", said the BBB in their report.
The Better Business Bureau has received several complaints about people not receiving their orders, unable to talk to customer support, and customers failing to receive refunds. This has lead to this investigation starting into CoreAge Rx
Why Does a Business Get an F Grade from the Better Business Bureau?
BBB assigns letter grades to local businesses ranging from A+ to F. The letter grade system represents your BBB’s degree of confidence businesses are operating in trustworthy manners and will make good faith efforts to resolve customer concerns. An F rating is your BBB’s lowest grade. Typically, businesses with F ratings have unanswered and/or unresolved complaints or a pattern of complaints that reflects failure by the businesses to deal with the causes of customer problems. Your BBB acknowledges it’s not as much about the number of complaints a company has, but how they handle them.
With CoreAge Rx failing to address these concerns, the BBB is warning citizens to be careful with this business. Obviously if the company reaches out to the BBB to correct the customer complaints, their grade will improve.
Fun Fact: Beloved Texas Chain Buc-ee's Has an F Grade
Buc-ee's last month got an F grade from the Better Business Bureau and they simply said they will not address those complaints from the BBB so the failing grade remains. Obviously it's not hurting Buc-ee's, but we will wait to see what happens to this CoreAge Rx.
