Volkano BBQ & Sushi Announces Grand Opening in Lubbock

An exciting new dining opportunity is opening soon in Lubbock. Volkano BBQ & Sushi will offer "the ultimate **All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ & Sushi** experience!"

Volkano BBQ & Sushi is located at 6219 Slide Rd in the same shopping center as Crunch Fitness, across from the mall (JCPenney Side).

I love that they've chosen a location in central Lubbock. Even though I live in Southwest Lubbock, not every new business needs to open on 114th.

Their Grand Opening will be held on Monday, September 15th. Doors open at 11:30 a.m.

What’s on the Menu at Volkano BBQ & Sushi

The headline is, of course, the Korean BBQ, which will be a unique cuisine/experience here in Lubbock. You'll be able to select from a variety of meats- beef, pork, chicken, and seafood- and veggies to grill at your table. Usually, Korean BBQ also provides plenty of exciting condiments, too, and I imagine Volkano will as well.

Lubbock does have a similar concept at Momotaro, which is Korean Hot Pot, think make-your-own soup instead of make-your-own BBQ.

Additionally, Volkano will have a variety of appetizers and a wide range of sushi rolls to select from.
