While most of the men on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list were born in the 1970s or 80s, one man sticks out as being rather fresh-faced for a hardened criminal.

Joseph Joshua Harris, 18, of Converse, Texas (northeast of San Antonio) is a fugitive wanted for the serious charge of Capital Murder by Terror Threat. He is also wanted for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.

According to San Antonion Express News, Harris is wanted in connection with a botched robbery that left a 20-year-old man dead.

His criminal history also includes Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Evading Arrest/Detention, Theft of a Firearm, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, and Burglary of Vehicles.

Harris is described as a Hispanic male that is 5'11" and 150 pounds. He is also known as Joseph Joshua Bostick.

Harris should be considered armed and dangerous.

There is an up to $3000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of Harris.
