Texas employees stepped out of the backroom and onto our air with some crazy bad boss stories.

Bad Bosses

When did you find out your boss was a bad boss? Sometimes it becomes apparent from day one and other times the bad behavior escalates over a period of time. Your boss may have even been a coworker that you knew wasn't worth a darn to begin with and somehow they managed to get promoted. Then there's the bosses sent in by corporate, by family members that don't realize their kin are kind of dumb and so on.

The Answers

We reached out to our friends and fans over five radio station pages, one personal page, and our RockShow Roadcrew group. Asking these type of questions over a wide swath of Texas and among family and friends gives us tons of real life stories and answers. It's almost like a giant "get to know you" game. We've said it before, and we'll say it a million times more, thank you to every one who takes the time to answer these questions, it's really fun to compare notes.

Bad Moves

As opposed to my own personal story, which I often include here, let's talk about one of the all-time, often repeated bad boss moves. It is quite common for a new boss to come in and make changes to the staff without properly evaluating them. Some like to fire one person just to prove that they're not afraid to fire someone. These are bad leaps of logic, because sometimes the old boss, or even meddling from corporate were the problem, and not the staff. With that out of the way, here's your answers!
