Lubbock Bombshells Is Opening Very Soon- Here’s What To Expect
If you live in Lubbock, chances are good that you've seen the large Bombshells building located at 6407 6415 Spur 327.
And while the outside has appeared "ready to go" for a while, there's always a million hoops a restaurant has to jump through before it can open, from training staff to acquiring permits.
Luckily for Lubbock, Bombshells recently announced that their opening date is the end of June, which isn't very far away at all.
What Is A Bombshells Restaurant Like?
Bombshells operates under a tried-and-true playbook: combine plenty of sports action with attractive servers, scratch kitchen items, and an extensive bar. That model has worked extremely well in Lubbock for places like Walk-Ons and Twin Peaks.
In other words, it's a "Breastaraunt," but if you follow what I write at all, you know I'll defend places like that until I run out of breath.

Ultimately, these models succeed because they deliver exceptional service.
What Will Make Bombshells Different?
To truly succeed, you must set yourself apart- so what makes Bombshells any different from what Lubbock already has, and what has already failed (Hooters, Bone Daddy's) in Lubbock?

The most obvious difference is the theme, which is "military." According to the Bombshells website, there is also a big focus on the patio and live entertainment.
The menu could vary from location to location, but looking at San Antonio, it is quite extensive, with many options of popular favorites like steaks, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and plenty of signature items.
The drink menu is just as varied, with plenty of options including unique signature cocktails.
Of course, it will be up to our Lubbock location to set itself apart. And we always love to see a business succeed, and Lubbock folks get great jobs. Welcome to Lubbock, Bombshells!
