I have a bunch of dog people on my feed.

My Facebook feed is full of dog people. I see pictures of dogs, lost dogs, dogs that need to be adopted, memes about dogs, and more doggy business. I also see any number of people who also say it would be their dream to open some kind of animal sanctuary.

The best way to realize any dream is to start in the smallest way possible. If you can get that little thing out of the way, the rest just starts to snowball. All it takes is for you to make that one little move. Now what if I told you that you could adopt 88 dogs (that's one dog for every key on a piano)?

The Haven currently has 88 dogs to take care of and needs food. Imagine that, you could pitch in whatever you can to help support 88 dogs and not have to pick up poo! The Haven has put out a call for help and this may be your opportunity to break off a tiny corner of a dream.

I know for a fact that there are other animal rescue places that need your help too. Some need cash, some need help walking the animals, and yes, some even need help scooping poo. I'm just here to try to convince you to make that leap, or little step, into helping out. As Dr. Frank N. Furter said, "Don't Dream It, Be It". Now is the time to help. Do just a little and see if you really want to get involved in animal rescue.
