I can talk/write about pizza all day.

USA Today republished some findings on what topping is most popular in every state, and I was not let down.

What does let me down is that people around this area at large don't really like pizza, they like cheese bread.  Anyone, who wants "light sauce" can just step away from the pizza, put on a bib, and go suck on a baby bottle. People who want "light sauce" are the same people who want "light ice", "mild salsa", and put more cream than coffee in their cups. Seriously, grow up and eat a pizza the way god intended it (or just go get some garlic bread).

Now, let's talk about people who say they're on a diet, but still belly up to a pepperoni pizza. If you're one of those people who blots the pepperoni with a paper towel, then you're probably going to Italian hell. Pepperoni already has a tendency to dry out so don't even come close to me with your crappy little napkin.

So there it is, Texans prefer pepperoni. Good job. I love pepperoni. It's not my favorite pizza, but it is 100% proven that it is among the best. Personally, I used to own a bar that had pizza and my favorite is Italian Sausage with peppers.  Either that or pepperoni is the kind of pizza that puts hair on your chest and upper lip.

So let's go over this one more time; the perfect pizza is a nice doughy crust, rich, creamy tomato sauce, a variety of cheeses, and salty meat. NOTHING else is acceptable, not even hamburgers, which is for toddlers and women who faint easily.
