Competitive eater Raina Huang visited K-Top Korean BBQ and Hot Pot in Longview, Texas, to take on the restaurant's 8-pound ramen challenge. Contestants have just 15 minutes to finish the enormous bowl, drawing food fans from across East Texas to watch one of YouTube's best-known competitive eaters in action.
What Is K-Top's 8-Pound Ramen Challenge?
Competitive eating events don't happen often in East Texas, making Wednesday's event a unique attraction for local food fans. The restaurant closed down for a few hours as they had the competitive eating challenge taking place. Normally the big cities have the more competitive challenges like this. But you could tell that K-Top Korean BBQ and Hot Pot was excited to welcome the competitive eater and YouTube personality, Raina Huang to their restaurant.

Who Is Competitive Eater Raina Huang?
She's known for completing viral food challenges, including eating every item on the Panda Express menu and tackling an In-N-Out 50x50 burger. Despite her small stature, Huang is known for completing massive food challenges.
It was Raina along with a few others who were trying to finish the whole bowl of ramen.
