It Should Be Tougher To Get a Motorcycle Licence [VIDEO]

You know that just because you can do something does not mean that you should do it. Does that make sense? What do I mean? Just because I can go get a motorcycle licence does not mean that I should do it. I know nothing about riding a motorcycle,  I would hit traffic and kill myself and possibly others right.

FYI I feel the same way about having a baby as I do about this, just because you can does not mean you should! Yes i'm talking to you 16 year old drop out!

Anyway, Who knows what was going through this guy's head, but there's a dash-cam video out of Russia that shows a man on a motorcycle cutting off a car.

Then he slams on his brakes for some reason the car NAILS him and he ends up in a pretty nasty crash.
