Here in Texas we don't see that much travel by train, as a matter of fact I have never stepped foot on a train and after seeing this video I am pretty sure that I never will.

There's surveillance footage of the high-speed train derailment that killed 80 people in Spain on Wednesday. And it's pretty crazy, because it's from a security camera right next to the track, and the train is coming toward it.

It's still not clear at this point, but the early indications are that the crash wasn't caused by a technical error, and may have been caused by human error.

When it crashed, the train was going around a bend where the suggested speed limit is 50 miles per hour.  But the train was going closer to 120 miles per hour.

Last year, the conductor posted a message on Facebook bragging about how fast he could go.  He also posted a photo that showed the train's speedometer hitting 200 kilometers per hour or about 125 miles per hour.

Check out this amazing video.
