Brenda Garcia stopped by today to discuss one vegetable that you can use in a variety of ways. The mushroom. Garcia admitted that not everyone loves mushrooms and for some, they can be an acquired taste. But according to Garcia, mushrooms are very healthy for us. They are low-calorie and a great source of Vitamin D.
One tip that Garcia gave our listeners was to try blended burgers. 50% beef, 50% mushrooms.
