I Have Found Him! The Stupidest Man on the Planet! You Have to See “The Russian Brickman” [VIDEO]

Just as you have, I've done some stupid things while under the influence. I once made a booty text at 3:30am to my Mom by mistake, lost $1800 playing online poker and have no memory of it and I may have went pee-pee on myself in a booth at Denny's. Sad I know, but at least there is no video footage of my actions. Too bad for this guy, cameras were rolling to catch an idiot in the act.

Straight out of mother Russia I believe that I have either found the stupidest or the drunkest man on the planet. Since the best Vodka in the world is made in Russia and they seem to drink it with everything and at all times we will assume that both drunkenness and stupidity play a part in this video.
