Funny Man Kevin Hart Arrested for DUI and Resisting Arrest [VIDEO]

One of my favorite cats in the Stand-up comedy game today is Kevin Hart. His HBO specials rank in the highest rated ever for the premium cable giant and Kevin's small parts in Hollywood are always memorable. Sunday morning Kevin was not crackin jokes and the LAPD were not laughing.

Kevin was arrested early Sunday morning for DUI and resisting arrest. Sources say he was going about 90 miles per hour on Highway 101 in Los Angeles, when he almos slammed into a tanker truck at about 4:30 A.M.

TMZ caught up with Kevin later in the day as he was leaving jail, and he freely admitted that he was drunk. Although he says the "resisting arrest" charge is bogus. He claims he just wanted to take his watch off before they cuffed him.  It will be interesting to see if the judge is as lenient on Kevin as he was on Lo-Lo Lohan.
