Freak Hailstorm Kills Several Birds at Fort Worth Zoo [VIDEO]

Texas has been getting some seriously freaky weather recently. Not that its really anything new, but its been pretty bad. Bad enough that hail killed several animals at the Fort Worth Zoo.

Skylights and other structures were damaged. But most importantly so were at least 7 animals. According to  zoo spokesperson Alexis Wilson veterinarians were treating a few animals at the hospital, but multiple birds were killed by falling hailstones. “Five flamingos, a pelican and a couple of other small birds. So, it was a difficult morning to come in and discover those things.”
