Former Reagor-Dykes Accounting Associate Andrea Kate Phillips pleaded guilty on Tuesday, February 25th to her role in the fraud scheme that led the company to declare bankruptcy.

According to KAMC News, Phillips routinely falsified the dates that vehicles were sold in order to make Ford Motor Credit believe that the vehicles were not being sold in a fraudulent way.

It's said that Reagor Dykes would make the paperwork look like loan payments were not owed to Ford when they were.

Reagor-Dykes filed for bankruptcy in August of 2018.

12 other Reagor Dykes employees have pleaded guilty to charges, and Phillips will be sentenced at a later date to no more than 3 years in federal prison for taking an affirmative act to conceal a crime.
