Ford and Reagor-Dykes Met in Bankruptcy Court on Tuesday
Ford Motor Credit and Reagor-Dykes met on Tuesday (Jan. 8) for a bankruptcy court hearing.
KAMC News reports Ford wants to withdraw its money and inventory from Reagor-Dykes, essentially causing Reagor-Dykes to shut down unless they can find another source of funding.
Reagor-Dykes filed a motion to use outside funding from Bart Reagor, Rick Dykes, and IBC Bank. Reagor and Dykes would put up $1 million of lending and IBC would put up $3.75 million.
The judge hasn't ruled on Ford's request or Reagor-Dykes' motion.
