Dusty Coast Sodas is Lubbock’s Newest Beverage Stop

What’s better than a delicious, ice cold, fizzy drink on a hot West Texas day? I think it’s a pretty hard one to beat.

That is why drink stops are such a great staple for Lubbock and its residents. We love a tasty treat, and a well-crafted drink is hard to beat. You can grab one on your way to work, after school, or while running errands.

If you are a fan of everything I just said, then you will like the fact that Lubbock is getting a new specialty soda shop very soon.

Dusty Coast Sodas is a drink stop where you can get hand crafted sodas, flavored water, tea, fresh lemonade, energy drink combinations with Red Bull or Celsius, and Flat Tire Coffee.

They describe themselves as “a soda shop inspired by the best coast; THE DUST COAST.”

There isn’t much information out about them yet, but they do have a website that says “COMING SOON” and an estimated opening date of April 4th on Google.

What to expect...

I took a look around the building and it seems like there will be a drive thru, a small patio, and possibly a nice sitting area inside. It is still very much in the works, so it is hard to tell.

The shop is located in the old J&M BBQ location at 7924 Slide Rd.

I’m excited for their opening and to try out their drinks. I’m a big drink girly, so I will definitely be giving them a try.
