Dishwashers Are Supposed to Clean With Water, Not Fire [RECALL]
If I ever came home to see my dishes, and dishwasher on fire, I would be quite stunned.
But apparently, this has happened according to our besties for life at The Consumerist.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall for 557,000 dishwashers from BSH Home Appliance that are sold under a number of major labels including Bosch and Kenmore Elite.
From The Consumerist:
"...reports of the appliances’ power cords overheating and causing fires resulting in property damage."
If you own one of the dishwashers listed below you are encouraged to call BSH at 888-965-5813.
