Dancing With The Starts Judge Gets Decent Proposal [VIDEO]

"Dancing With the Stars" judge CARRIE ANN INABA substituted for KELLY RIPA yesterday on "Live with Regis and Kelly". And you could say she got a little more than she bargained for, when she was PROPOSED TO on live, national TV. No, REGIS didn't decide to trade Joy in for a younger, more exotic model.  It was Carrie Ann's boyfriend of two years, Jesse Sloan, who popped the question. Toward the end of the show, Regis was answering a BOGUS viewer question on how to best propose to one's girlfriend.  Then the lights dimmed and violinists came out . . . followed by Jesse. Carrie Ann teared up as Jesse presented her with a two-and-a-half-carat diamond.  She said yes, obviously. See the sweet video here.
