The much-anticipated Chick-fil-A Grand Opening for the new West End Lubbock location is Thursday, May 18th, with a ribbon cutting scheduled for 9 a.m.

According to their press release, they will host a road trip for the Grand Opening on May 17th. Up to 100 lucky participants will earn a year's supply of meals and travel by bus around Lubbock, a trip that includes packing 10,000 meals for the needy.

Additionally, the new Chick-fil-A at 3210 W. Loop Road 289 will reportedly be bringing 90 jobs to Lubbock. They will also facilitate a donation of children's books from the community to Bowie Elementary School.
