The actor who snagged this Los Angeles-based home has played not one but two superheroes in the past few years: a flaming one who was widely panned, and a patriotic one that viewers actually don't hate (even though he was a scrawny nobody for a good 20 minutes of screen time).

He's also appeared in satires about teen films and romantic comedies, and took another stab at comic-books-turned-movies with his role playing an action movie star who must do battle with Michael Cera.

In addition to doing a few voice-over jobs, he's also a practicing Buddhist who has dated Mrs. Justin Timberlake and an ex-Charlie's Angel. His most notable feature, however, is his smokin' hot body and boyish good looks.
