Celebrate Spring This Year With Some Delicious Free Ice Cream

Spring is just right around the corner which means the birds will be chirping and the flowers will be blooming but also the ice cream will be freezing. Of course ice cream will be freezing other wise it's just sweet milk but Texas' favorite royal, Dairy Queen, will be giving away their frozen treats just in time for Spring.

In honor of the first day of Spring Dairy Queen will be holding their annual Free Cone Day across the country, at participating locations. CEO of Texas Dairy Queen Operators' Council Lou Romanus is offering a free small vanilla cone to all guests that come in to Dairy Queen on March 20.

While asking guests to enjoy their free cone after the Spring Break and St. Patrick holidays Dairy Queen is also asking guests to enjoy a festive treat. The Mint Brownie Blizzard and Under the Rainbow shake sound like a 3rd grade leprechaun's favorite after school deserts.

Back to the free treats which Dairy Queen encourages all their guests to enjoy along with snapping a pic of their Spring time treats. Those photos can be shared on Instagram while tagging @DairyQueenTX or on Twitter using the tag freeconeday to showcase the yummy frozen deserts.

The small free ice cream cones will be available all day on March 20 while supplies last and are limited to one per guest. Dairy Queen has more than 4,000 locations across the nation which can easily be found using their online DQ locator.
