Britney Spears and Demi Lovato Join the X-Factor as Judges [VIDEO]

The rumors are true. Britney Spears will be joining the X-Factor as a judge. At least for the American version. But she's not the only one. Demi Lovato was also annouced as a judge for the show. So now you have 2 young female stars and 2 old male executive types, Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid, judging on the show. At least there is a bit of diversity.
