Best Drunk Girl Ever Comes From Hurricane Irene Coverage! [VIDEO]

A woman on the street in Baltimore, who'd obviously been drinking, decided to walk up next to a reporter while he was doing a report on the hurricane and it was clear he didn't want to talk to her.
He even yanked the cord out of his microphone when she walked up like he thought she might try to grab it. But she just stood there, so he gave her a chance and asked what she was doing.  And as expected, her answer was, quote, "I'm getting drunk tonight!"  Then she told people to be responsible and stay indoors and ran off.
