Here it is, every guys worst nightmare. Imagine that you plan the most extravagant proposal. The place is right, the time is perfect and you are ready to start your life together. There is just one problem. She don't want your ass!

Last week, a minor league baseball game in Connecticut featured a surprise marriage proposal by a guy named David.

He'd worked it out so his girlfriend Jessica thought she was doing some kind of trivia challenge down on the field.  But the third question was, "will you marry me" . . . and she said NO, then ran off the field.

The announcer who helped set it up didn't make the rejection any easier on David, telling the crowd, quote, "I don't think we've ever had this happen before."
